From traveling to Chicagoland to cook for all the Dodge Drivers to hanging out with Miss Sprint Cup at Dover all the way to 15 Daze at this year's Dayton 500 Mike has been cooking it up.

Mike is 2010 Fan Reporter for Richmond International Raceway.

Mike was asked to cook for NASCAR Legend Junior Johnson and other drivers on National TV's Fox and Friends at the Daytona 500.

Mike an Expert

This last Summer and Fall Mike worked with MonkeySee.com to film almost 30 How To Video Clips. The videos include Preparing and Cooking Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, Burgers, Steaks, Chickens and Side Dishes. The latest are Deep Fried and Inferred Turkeys.

Mike just shot another set of Videos on May 7th and they should be airing some time at the end of May 2008. To see some behind the scene photos of Mike on camera and the food he cooked click THIS LINK.

Mike received a call from Editor in Chief Barry Martin at the "Sizzle on the Grill" site at CharbroilGrilling.com asking him to be a Guest Chef and Guest Author.

Mike has tested and played with their new Infrared Turkey Fryer the Big Easy and submitted some very original Recipes including Meat Loaf.


Smoky Angel Award
Mike was Honored with a Smoky Angel Spirit Award for his "Smokers to Iraq" Project where BBQ Smokers were sent to Soldiers Serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
